The Woman Behind Permission Granted

Who I Help - For the Woman Behind the Roles

I work with professional women who are navigating the tension between who they have been expected to be and who they are becoming.

This includes women navigating:

  • Career growth and leadership
  • Boundaries and communication
  • Family expectations
  • Cultural and generational expectations
  • Identity transitions
  • People-pleasing and overextending
  • Self-advocacy
  • Major life transitions
  • Confidence and decision-making
  • The pressure to always be “the strong one”

My work is especially rooted in supporting women from Caribbean, immigrant, and culturally demanding backgrounds, where family, culture, responsibility, and achievement can sometimes become deeply intertwined with identity.

You don’t have to choose between honoring your culture and honoring yourself.

There is room for both.
This Is For You If...

You are the woman everyone depends on.

You are successful, but you’re tired.

You are constantly showing up for other people while struggling to make space for yourself.

You find yourself saying:

“I don’t know how to say no.”

“I don’t want to disappoint anyone.”

“Everyone needs me.”

“I know I need a change, but I don’t know where to start.”

“I feel guilty when I put myself first.”

“I don’t even know what I want anymore.”

If any of these sound familiar, you are not broken.

You may simply need space to hear yourself again.

Permission Granted gives you that space.

About Justine

Identity. Boundaries. Confidence. A Life That Finally Feels Like Yours.

You can be successful, responsible, dependable, and accomplished—and still find yourself wondering:

“Where did I go?”

Permission Granted Advisory LLC was created for women who have spent so much time being everything to everyone else that they’ve lost touch with themselves.

For the woman who has learned to be strong.

The woman who carries the family.

The woman who shows up for everyone.

The woman who says yes even when she’s exhausted.

The woman who has achieved so much but still feels like something is missing.

Permission Granted is a space to pause, reconnect, and choose yourself again.

Meet Justine

The Woman Behind Permission Granted

My understanding of sacrifice, responsibility, and resilience started long before Permission Granted existed.

I watched my mother navigate life as a disabled single parent. I saw the strength it took to provide, protect, persevere, and keep moving forward even when circumstances were difficult.

Like many women raised in families where responsibility is deeply valued, I learned early that being dependable mattered.

The goal isn't to become a different person. The goal is to become more fully yourself.

We Start With Where You Are.

Identity

Reconnect with who you are beyond your roles, responsibilities, relationships, and accomplishments.

Boundaries

Learn how to establish and communicate boundaries without constantly feeling guilty for having needs.

Communication

Develop the confidence to have honest conversations, express what you need, and advocate for yourself.

Connection

Build meaningful relationships rooted in trust and respect.

Confidence

Build greater trust in your ability to make decisions and navigate difficult situations.

Intentional Living

Move from living primarily according to expectations to making choices that reflect your values and goals for your life.

Tell yourself
